I seriously cannot get over how beautiful these last couple weeks have been living in New England! For those of you who don’t know me, I am a HUGE summer gal, I love everything about the summer. However, when it comes to the fall, there is NO place I would rather be, then living in Massachusetts. Last Sunday I traveled to Borderland State Park in Easton, Mass for Sara & David’s engagement shoot. This park is unbelievable. I could spent an entire day walking the grounds, reading by the pond and of course taking a ton of pictures 🙂 Most importantly, I had the perfect day shooting this adorable engagement session. I have been looking forward to this shoot for weeks. When the day came, I remember waking up, looking outside my window and seeing dark clouds everywhere. Typical New England weather, you check your phone the night before see sunshine all day and wake up to clouds and a chance of rain…. Luckily, for me, some cloudy weather is a photographers dream to shoot in! I met this couple that day for the first time, but it felt like I knew them for much longer. (Sara & I actually have several mutual friends!!) It was so exciting to exchange stories and learn more about this couple. I am so excited to be apart of your journey down the altar 🙂 I am even more excited to be able to capture your big day next fall! Fingers cross the foliage looks just as good as it did for our engagement shoot. Thank you guys for asking me to be your photographer and (Sara) for letting me put your GORGEOUS ring on some branches for a couple rings shots! Check out some of my favorite shots from their session!
